When you join AAY!, you will make a special one-on-one appointment with a BootCamp leader to discuss your fitness goals and to do your measurements, body fat analysis, and postural assessment. Every six weeks you will make an appointment to be re-measured.

BootCamp memberships include food journals, nutrition education & tips for improving your eating habits. Our online nutrition tracking program, grocery store tours, and appointments with our nutritionist are available for an additional fee.

You’ll burn lots of calories with our cardiovascular workouts, which include running, kickboxing, jump rope, obstacle courses & more. Low-impact modifications are always an option for those with physical limitations.

Boost your metabolism with a different strength workout each week using dumbbells, elastic tubing, medicine balls or your own body weight.

We incorporate yoga, Pilates, tai chi, meditation & stretching on a regular basis to help your body recover and your mind relax.
